ตอนเด็กๆจะมีทดสอยสมถภาพใช่มั้ยค่ะก็จะมีท่ายืดขาแล้วเอามือเตะปลายเท้ามห้ๆด้ดิฉันไม่เคยทำได้เลยค่ะพอยืดขาก็ปวดใต้ขาแล้วตอนนั้นคิดว่าโตขึ้นเดี๋ยสก็นืดได้พออยู่มัธยมมีทดสอบแบบเดียวกันก็เปนแบบเดิมชีวิตประจำวันนั้งหลังตรงเหยียดขายังทำไม่ได้เลยค่ะปวดมากๆ แต่เดินปกตินะคะแต่เส้นยึดมากๆๆม่เคยไปหาหมอเลยค่ะกลัวบอกแม่แล้วแม่ชอบแตกตื่นหาวิธีในเน็ตก็มีแต่ให้ทำท่ายืดขาหลังงอแต่ดิฉันตึงมากจิงๆค่ะยืดไม่ได้เลยปวดเหมือนเอ็นจะขาดอ่อที่หัวเข่สดิฉันมันมีลูกๆตรงเข้าเบี้ยวๆทั้ง2ข้างเลยค่ะไม่ทราบว่าเกี่ยวมั้ย อยากถามค่ะว่าควรทำยังไงไปนวดคายเส้นจะดีมั้นค่ะ
